Nakiri / Vegetable

(27 products)

Nakiri looks like a slim and shorter version of a chinese cleaver, or a double bevel Usuba (actuall it is a household version of the more professional Usuba). The Nakiri has a relatively flat edge profile and making the purpose of Nakiri is to prepare vegetable with chopping motion rather than push or pull. The Nakiri has a very thin blade, making it not suitable to deal with even the smallest bones.
