For a long long time I didn't carry the famous Tanaka R2 knives with WA handles. I always thought for such a beautiful blade, it deserves the best handle out of me. So here I present you the K&S Tanaka R2 WA line featuring:
* Super elegant K&S octagonal WA handle
* Exclusive K&S treatment with rounded spine and choil
NOTE:
The 210mm sujihiki comes with laser engraved Kanji of Tanaka, while there is no engraved Kanji on 255mm.
