This is an small old batch we acquired 2 years ago.

The Sukenari Ginsan line features the stat-of-the-art cutlery steel: Ginsanko (銀三鋼) by Hitachi. Apart from being stainless, the Ginsanko is said to closely resembles the property of White 2 steel, making it one of the favorite stainless steel among the professional chefs in Japan and is extensively used by Sakai craftsmen to forge single bevel knives.
